Community Recognition - Bowral Mittagong Rotary Club Parliament House Visit

11th November, 2025.

I had the pleasure of hosting members of Rotary Club of Bowral‑Mittagong as guests at NSW Parliament for Question Time, in the Legislative Assembly. On a day I was scheduled to ask the Minister for Health a question, they got to hear me ask it live from the chamber. We then gathered for a cuppa and a great conversation. Bowral-Mittagong Rotary Club has been a strong advocate for establishing a Public Cancer Centre at Bowral & District Hospital. The timing was serendipitous, as this was exactly the focus of my question to the Minister. I'm encouraged by the strong and ever growing support for it across the Wollondilly Electorates, and Rotary Club of Bowral-Mittagong are among the most dedicated and strongest voices calling for this much-needed service. I'm proud to work together towards this important need for our electorate. Bowral-Mittagong Rotary Club are dedicated to the betterment of their local community as well as contributing to international issues. Their work is inspiring and I express my gratitude for what they do for Wollondilly.
