I thoroughly enjoy attending the end of year presentations, and was delighted to attend Mittagong, Hill Top, Wilton, Yanderra and Glenquarry Primary Schools presentation days.
The tight knit community at Glenquarry Public School, with its distinctive character and warmth makes the school feel much bigger that its 23 students. Mittagong Public School continues to shine, thanks to its exceptional teachers and staff who are dedicated to providing opportunities for bright futures for all students. The presentation at Hill Top Public School ended on a high note with a fantastic musical performance featuring the entire school—what a way to wrap up a special event! Congratulations also to students at Wilton Public School for their commitment and the remarkable accomplishments they have achieved in their learning and personal development throughout 2024, and I commend you for sitting so gracefully in the sweltering December heat. Finally, what a wonderful morning at Yanderra Public School, another ‘tiny but mighty’ Wollondilly school, celebrating the outstanding achievements of students, teachers, and the wider school community was a delight.
A heartfelt thank you to the teachers and staff who have committed themselves to nurturing these young minds.
