That this House:
(1) Recognises the unique environmental assets that Wollondilly and the Southern Highlands has including spectacular high conservation value known as the Boxvale, Nattai, Drapers Creek and Mount Alexander Crown Lands in the Mittagong area of the Southern Highlands.
(2) Calls on the Government to protect large areas that are unprotected lands by declaring the lands to be biodiversity offsets for development land that has already taken place in Wollondilly.
(3) Calls on the Government to define a new National Park for the area that covers 3,000 hectares to protect this land.
