My question is directed to the Minister for Health, representing the Minister for Water in the other place. The community of Wollondilly had Wilton and Appin growth areas thrust upon it and the previous Government said that it was okay to have a development with no sewer. This Government, since coming into office, has approved 13,000 houses but both parties have only promised 5,000 lots with a sewer; the rest is trucked up the M5 to other electorates. When will the Government provide a sewage treatment plant and tell Sydney Water to do its job and match what the planning department has approved? What in the hell were you thinking about?
