Congratulations to Mrs. Alison Rasheed, Oxley College's Director of Curriculum (P-6), for receiving the Teachers' Guild of NSW World Teachers' Day Recognition Award. With over 28 years of experience across Independent, International, and Public Schools, Alison has continuously demonstrated her passion for fostering a love of learning among students. She holds a Bachelor of Education (Hons I) and a Master of Educational Leadership and Management, both from the University of Newcastle, underpinning her strong commitment to professional excellence. Alison's focus on building positive, enduring relationships with students exemplifies her aim to be a "teacher with impact." As a leader, she inspires her colleagues to reach their full potential, modelling humility and dedication in every aspect of her work. Alison is an active member of the Australian College of Educators and the Teachers' Guild of NSW, further reflecting her engagement with the broader educational community.
