Carole Anne has served as the Governance and Legal Officer for Wollondilly Women in Business. She provides her experience and skills to enhance the Wollondilly Women in Business governance practices and supporting numerous community initiatives for five years. She has also contributed to the Warragamba Silverdale Neighbourhood Centre for more than a year. Carole always selflessly volunteered her time and knowledge without expectation of reward. Carole's commitment goes beyond professional capability; she embodies selfless service, helping community organisations navigate complex challenges and changes while always putting people first. Carole Anne played a central role in founding Connect for Your Cause, an initiative launched by Wollondilly Women in Business in January 2025. The Connect for Your Cause program is a unique offering catering for the governance needs of not-for-profits and charities across Wollondilly and neighbouring council areas. Carole has successfully led the quarterly Connect for Your Cause events. Carole has facilitated interviews with expert speakers, shared her expertise relevant to not for profit/charities and fostered collaboration between local not for profits and charities. Her efforts have strengthened connections, encouraged mutual support among organisations, and enhanced the effectiveness of local community initiatives.
