David Baxter of Moss Vale, has dedicated his life to preserving and celebrating the sport, history, and community of the Southern Highlands. He has made lasting contributions through rugby league coaching, harness racing, and mentoring local athletes. Additionally, David has also served as a Justice of the Peace and volunteered with Anzac Day memorial activities, honouring over 550 fallen servicemen and women. A passionate historian, chronicled Moss Vale Primary School's history and created a self-built museum showcasing thousands of artefacts for the community. His energy, generosity, and commitment have enriched the lives of generations, making him a treasured pillar of the Moss Vale community.
