I would like to congratulate Mrs. Doreen Stewart on reaching the incredible milestone of 100 years of age. Family members travelled from all over Australia to join Doreen in celebrating this significant milestone. Doreen was proud to have served as an army nurse during WWII. Doreen was excited to be with family and friends at her celebration party.
Doreen’s family had organised an extensive collection of dignitary certificates to present to her. These included certificates from notable figures such as the Governor of New South Wales, Her Excellency the Honourable Mrs Margaret Beazley, The Hon. Chris Minns, Premier of NSW, and The Hon. Greg Piper MP, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly, Parliament of NSW, Mr Stephen Jones, Federal Member for Whitlam, a certificate from myself and lastly, the King of the United Kingdom, Monarch of the UK, Charles III.
Doreen, we wish you the happiest of birthdays. I hope you continue to enjoy good health and happiness in the years to come.
