Community Recognition - Katie Constantinou

Katie was nominated for Wingecarribee Citizen of the year and is a highly experienced legal professional, former senior Commonwealth public servant, and dedicated community leader. She holds multiple degrees and professional recognitions, including Fellowships with the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She is on the board of Harbison as Chair of the Nominations & Remuneration Committee. Katie has a very hands-on style and drives strong engagement with stakeholders by volunteering constantly outside the boardroom and is also an associate director of BDCU The Collective Impact. She serves as a Justice of the Peace and Training Officer for the NSW Justices Association, ensuring local JPs are well-trained and qualified. She also contributes to numerous boards and committees, including aged care, early learning, arts, and finance organisations. A long-term Southern Highlands resident and parent to two school-aged children, Katie combines professional excellence with volunteer leadership, making a lasting, positive impact on her community. Her integrity, dedication, and energy continue to inspire those around her.
