Larry’s calm leadership, integrity and commitment to serving others has ensured that Community Links continues to be the trusted local organisation it is today, providing support and connection to many in our community. As Manager of Community Relationships, along with Greg Duffy Executive Officer and the broader team, Larry is deserving of the appreciation expressed by so many for the selfless work of Community Links.
A quiet achiever with a strong moral compass, Larry has made an enduring impact—not just through his work achievements, but through the genuine care he shows to colleagues and community members alike. Larry’s ability to lead by example, and to reflect the same qualities he once wrote about—patience, perseverance, belief and commitment—has left an enduring legacy. It’s clear that his work has always been more than a job—it’s been a vocation of service. Congratulations on this significant milestone, and for everything you’ve done, and continue to do, for our community.
