I recognise Nicole Hanger, a member of the IC Care family. Nicole has been an integral part of the IC Care team for over 20 years, consistently demonstrating dedication, compassion, and excellence in everything she does. Beyond her professional contributions, Nicole has also been a tireless volunteer in our community, giving her time and energy to Little Athletics for many years. Her commitment to nurturing young athletes and supporting local families is truly inspiring. This year, Nicole was nominated for the 2025 Volunteer of the Year award for Macarthur/South West Sydney. Although she didn't take home the official title, I acknowledge Nicole's selflessness, passion, and unwavering support make a lasting impact on the community. We are incredibly proud to have you as part of our team and community. Thank you, Nicole, for everything you do—you make IC Care and Macarthur a better place every day.
