Attending Oxley College’s Foundation Night last week was a truly enjoyable experience. The evening showcased exceptional student performances in music, drama, and choirs, the Oxley College Pipe Band, the college concert band and orchestra, all bringing incredible energy to the stage.
It was great to join Federal Member for Whitlam, Carol Berry, and Wingecarribee Shire Council Councillors in celebrating the occasion. Guest speaker Mr Zac Moran (Old Oxleyan 2015) delivered a brilliant and heartfelt address. I was proud to present the 2025 Oxley Art Prize and to explore the impressive exhibition in the Pavilion Gallery beside the Peter Craig Centre.
A memorable night highlighting Oxley’s vibrant talent and school spirit. A special thank you to Head of College, Mr Scott Bedingfield, Chair of the Board of Governors, Mrs Jane Crowley, and the members of the Board, including Mr Malcolm Noad for including me in such a wonderful celebration.
