I congratulate Robert Pryor for his nomination in the 2026 Wingecarribee Citizen of the Year Award at this year's Australia Day celebrations, held in the historic village of Berrima. Robert resides in Yerrinbool and as a lifelong resident he advocated for the village he knows and loves. He is well known for his continuous efforts for the community of Yerrinbool, in particular in organising food truck visits which are enjoyed by the residents who don't have a local shop in the village. Robert has also played an integral role in the establishment of the Yerrinbool Remote Control Car Club, helping it grow into a successful organisation. Thank you, Robert, for all of your efforts on behalf of your neighbours in ensuring that Yerribool continues to be a thriving and vibrant village of Wollondilly.
