Community Recognition - Southern Highlands Savour the Unexpected

Savour the Unexpected is a unique offering that combines food and beverage with arts and culture. Local tourism-focused businesses are invited to take part in the Southern Highlands winter marketing campaign, commencing on the winter solstice, Friday 21 June, and running over three consecutive weekends until Sunday 7 July. Savour the Unexpected is a winter festival held in the picturesque Southern Highlands of New South Wales. A series of curated events at fascinating venues and locations invite guests to participate in an immersive arts and culture, and food and wine experience. Embrace the synergy of artists and musicians, chefs and winemakers collaborating to create unique and memorable experiences. Festival director, Alistair Thomson, of GROW Southern Highlands, is managing Savour the Unexpected, collaborating closely with the Wingecarribee Shire Council, Destination Southern Highlands, Destination Sydney Surrounds South and local venues, art and culture, and food and wine operators.
