Jacqueline is a lawyer, author, student, sportsperson, carer, and dedicated volunteer. Her efforts reflect an individual who is hard-working, dedicated, and inspiring in her approach to her studies and selfless contribution to the community. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, and a Master of Laws from the University of NSW. Her willingness to serve the local community outside of law is reflected by her significant contribution as a volunteer, primarily with the NSW Rural Fire Service in numerous roles at brigade, district, area, and state levels. She also volunteers with the NSW Rural Fire Service Association (RFSA) as Chairperson of the Southern Highlands Branch and represents the District at Division level. Jacqueline also volunteers with the Wollondilly Community Nursery and Camden Show. Her commitment to the community has not wavered despite requirements of her academic pursuits, employment, and caring responsibilities. Jacqueline's passion for learning and interest in research has led her to pursue her PhD at the University of NSW focusing on the criminalisation of children in out-of-home care. Her passion for community is limitless.
