Recently I attended the launch of the Southern Highlands Tasting Trail's Foodies Pass. It was terrific to join the team at their showcase and launch alongside some of the incredible destinations featured in the Wollondilly electorate, including Monaco Restaurant, Mittagong Hotel, Julien's Brasserie, Sweets and Treats, Raw & Wild Market and Cafe in Mittagong, Mussett Holdings Regenerative Farm in Colo Vale, Artemis Wines in Mittagong, Eden Brewery in Mittagong, Millsheds Distillery & Bar Bowral and Mittagong Mushrooms Tunnels. With so many people visiting the highlands each week, it is great to see initiatives like this showcasing our local wineries, breweries, bakeries, makers and food producers. Special thanks to Donovan, Laura and Ryan, who I had the pleasure of meeting late last year. It is incredible to see that, in just a few short months, they have brought this idea to life, launched and ready to go through sheer hard work and dedication. I encourage everybody to come to the Southern Highlands and get a Foodie Pass.
