I was honoured to attend many end of year school presentations, and I extend my heartfelt congratulations to the exceptional students, staff, and teaching leaders of high schools located in Wollondilly: Oxley College, Bowral High School and Wollondilly Anglican College.
Oxley College consistently affirms its dedication to student well-being through core values: showing courage, practising kindness, and seeking wisdom. By engaging in genuine conversations, actively listening to diverse perspectives, and fostering empathy, confidence, and clarity, the college empowers individuals to thrive and excel.
The Bowral High School presentation night was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the students' outstanding achievements across academics, sports and performing arts. The evening was a true celebration of talent and achievement, with exceptional musical performances by Year 10 and Yr 11 musicians.
The students I met at the Wollondilly Anglican College K-12 presentation were not only amazing learners but also demonstrated courage, kindness, thoughtfulness, and compassion—qualities that reflect the College’s values.
Thank you to the hardworking teaching staff of these schools whose dedication ensures that every student thrives and graduates as a well-rounded, confident, and respectful individual, ready to take on the world.
