4 August 2025
The electorate of Wollondilly has secured $446,560 in funding for a total of 19 infrastructure projects through the NSW Government’s 2025 Community Building Partnership Program (CBP).
The $41 million program ensures local organisations and councils across the state have the facilities to support more vibrant and inclusive communities.
This year, the CBP grants will help bring to life a variety of projects across Wollondilly, including funding for sports groups, P&Cs, RFS and Botanic Gardens.
Member for Judy Hannan MP said:
“The State Government funds will deliver much-needed improvements to local facilities including funding for projects unfunded like refurbishment of the Welby Hall and upgrades to Pheasants Nest and Alpine/Alymerton RFS sheds.”
“The funds also go to exciting new projects like a Sensory Play Garden at The Oaks Public School and a Grand Piano for the Wollondilly Performing Arts Centre. It’s great to see this grassroots funding supporting local projects that make a real difference in Wollondilly.”
“I congratulate all the organisations that were successful in their application and look forward to seeing the positive outcomes in our community.”
