“On 10 July 2025 the earlier decision made by the IPC to refuse the Moss Vale Plastics Recycling Facility development application was appealed.
While we in the community celebrated the win in January for the refusal by the IPC after a long battle, it is time to recollect and again fight together for what is right.
The appeal will go to the independent Land and Environment Court and my view remains the same, it is the wrong type of development, for the wrong area and it should be refused.”
