That this House:
(1) Notes that the Australian Rail Track Corporation (ATRC) manages rail line infrastructure between Canberra and Macarthur Station and it has 36 years remaining on their 60-year lease.
(2) Notes that the ATRC's corporate mission, growth and strategic directions are premised on logistic supply chain efficiency.
(3) Calls on the Government to investigate the contractual performance of the ATRC, and to do all that is possible to ensure it is accountable for facilitating public passenger rail services.
