That this House:
(1) Note that the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Western Sydney Aerotropolis) Bill 2024 has an unintended consequence preventing granny flats from being built close to the new airport.
(2) In light of Federal Minister for Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government's position relating to intensification of development calls on the Government to amend the State Environmental Planning Policy (SEPP) and allow granny flats in Wollondilly today.
