That this House: (1) Changes to the Coal Mine Subsidence Compensation Act and removal of the independent Mine Subsidence Board has led to mines being judge, juror and executioner for all claims.
(2) That a fair and balanced system should always have an option of an independent assessment.
(3) Calls on the Government to implement all recommended changes for the review of the Act and opens dialogue with the undermined community in Wollondilly.
